Step 1. Application Form Please complete the Online Registration Form or download our Application Form in pdf format. If requesting Homestay, please fill out the Homestay section of the Registration Form and send them by email or fax. > Go to Online Registration Form > Download Application Form in PDF format. Step 2. Invoice and Payment We send you an invoice acknowledging your registration. The invoice will contain information on how to pay your fees. Step 3. Letter of Acceptance Upon receipt of your Application Form and full payment, we will issue a Letter of Acceptance. Step 4. Student Authorization If you plan to study for more than 6 months in Canada you will need a Student Authorization. For assistance obtaining documentation, please contact our counsellor or the Canadian Embassy in you area. Step 5. Medical Insurance If you plan to study with a Student Authorization for more than 6 months, you can apply for MSP (Medical Service Plan in BC). 3 months after arriving to Vancouver. For the first 3 months, you must still have valid medical insurance. If you plan to study as a visitor you must still have valid medical insurance. Step 6. Upon Arrival On your first day, please arrive at Robson College at 8:45 am. You will take a placement test have an orientation session and you will start your program.
